I finished the Everwinter City Museum Ledger of Curiosities event a while back but I wanted to go over the event. Read below what I thought of the event.
Event Mechanics
The main parts of the events were the management and the collection of exhibits and assistants. You first finish a quest before you are able to get to the management phase. The management part of the event is not very hard but enjoyable as you balance tour duration, education value, and visitor appeal with assistants and upgrades. You get development funds per round based on results to buy more upgrades and assistants when available. After completing the objects you will unlock the quest for exhibits or gain access to assistants. There are also random events in which you can get quests for guest assistants or exhibits. When you meet your process goals you will unlock the rewards for the event.
Story
The story for the event was not very complex or interesting but I like that Pela had some more screen time. It starts off with learning about the museum and then volunteering for the museum. You will learn about the thieves and try to find who was doing it. The interviewing of the guest assistants put a good charm to the event. Pela provided a lot of support for this event as a guide, detective duo, and interviewer for a lot of the guest assistants. Her nerdy soldier self made the story enjoyable for me.
Conclusion
Overall I like the Everwinter City Museum Ledger of Curiosities event as it gives more than just filler events and mechanics of the event I can do during my own time. I think the biggest issue I had was I got a glitch during the hiring event for Seele as Seele and Bronya did not show up on the screen when they first meet and started talking. After they finished talking, I had to mess with the quest thing before I could progress with the quest so that they could get to the interview stage of the quest. If they made another like this one, I would not dislike playing it.
